GDH Rating
Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attacks? is a fantasy MMORPG-themed anime that follows the story of Masato Oosuki, a teenage gamer who finds himself transported into the game world along with his mother, Mamako. To his surprise, Mamako turns out to be a powerful two-hit multi-target swordswoman, and they set out to conquer the game together with the help of a merchant named Porta and a sage named Wise. Throughout their journey, they encounter various challenges and obstacles, but their unwavering determination and teamwork help them overcome them.
The anime is known for its ecchi scenes, which are often played for laughs but can also be quite provocative. Masato’s mother, Mamako, is a prime example of this, as she is constantly flaunting her physical assets and engaging in suggestive behavior. The series also explores taboo themes, such as the incestuous relationship between Masato and Mamako, which is played for laughs but can also be quite uncomfortable at times.
Despite its controversial content, Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attacks? is a fun and entertaining anime that fans of the ecchi genre will enjoy.

Walkure Romanze

GDH Rating
Walkure Romanze’s story revolves around Takahiro Mizuno, a student studying at an academy with jousting as the main focus for sport. His childhood friend Mio Kisaki is challenged to a duel and she is forced to participate even though she has never even ridden a horse before. Takahiro agrees to train Mio as her Begleiter, but only until the duel is over.
This anime is full of line-crossing scenarios and a few annoying things, but over all, it is very over-the-top in its fan service.
High School of the Dead

GDH Rating
This anime is mix of extreme echhi and survival, The story follows a group of high school students and the school’s nurse as they deal with the worldwide catastrophic event known as the “Outbreak”. As the cast tries to survive the zombie apocalypse, they must also face the additional threats of societal collapse, in the form of dangerous fellow survivors, and the decay of their own moral codes.
From the outside, you can’t think that it has ecchi elements, but from the weird angle of panty shots and gun shooting from very risky areas, it does.
Peter Grill and the Philosopher’s Time

GDH Rating
This anime is not amazing from an animation standpoint, but the humor is very borderline, meaning the things you hear in this anime you can only hear in some off-brand stuff.
Peter Grill, a Brave Swordsmen’s Guild warrior, has won an international fighting tournament and has been crowned the world’s strongest man. Peter uses this victory to obtain permission from Guildmaster Sanctus to marry his beloved daughter and fellow Guildmember, Luvelia. Women of other races, on the other hand, have heard of Peter and seek the “seed” of the strongest man to continue their respective bloodlines, with or without his consent.
High School DxD

This one easily deserves number 2. because from story and all the borderline scans make it perfect for this list.
Issei Hyodo, is a lecherous second-year human student who lives a peaceful life. After their first date, Yuma Amano brings Issei to a local park and makes a startling request that she wants him to die for her.
She reveals herself as Raynare, a fallen angel, and she tries to kill him. Using her summoning card, Rias Gremory, a buxom third-year student at Kuoh Academy, revives him, and after this, the real borderline stuff begins.
High School of the Dead: Drifters of the Dead

GDH Rating
This just got to very extreme borderline stuff, this is only one episode of High School of the Dead’s OVA, but this one episode might beat all other anime on the list, like every other offbrand thing they have included.
After escaping the zombie-infested mainland, Takashi Komuro and the gang find themselves on a remote island off the coast of Tokonosu City. While scavenging around the island for supplies, they encounter a small seaside shack that provides them with clothing and a place to rest for the night.
After a day of collecting food, they begin to cook what they have gathered. As they wait beside the campfire, a light haze begins to form around them and makes them nauseous. Confirming it to be caused by hydrangeas, the group attempts to escape from the powerful odor.
