Twisted nematic (TN):

In-plane switching (IPS):
IPS is a very popular type of panel used by a wide range of devices, be it monitors, TVs, smartphones, or others. Its primary benefits are excellent image quality i.e. excellent color reproduction and great viewing angles.
IPS is a much better choice than TN panels, although VA panels tend to have a better contrast ratio. Besides, most IPS panels come with response times of 4ms or more, although now models out there that can handle response times as low as 1ms.
Vertical alignment (VA):
A VA display is a good average between IPS and TN. The color range is near to an IPS panel and the viewing angle is slightly lesser than an IPS screen but larger than a TN monitor.
Still, VA panels are usually the slowest of the three, as they tend to have better response times and can suffer from ghosting issues, something that can be unusually distracting in dark scenes or fast-paced games.
TN gaming monitor has the highest refresh rate in its price range. TN screens with a refresh rate of 144Hz or more are no limitations. As a result, most games perform smoothly and you don’t suffer from stuttering images.
IPS monitors generally have the lowest refresh rate. A refresh rate of more than 75Hz is, in fact, rare for this type of display. This means you play games with a high frame rate less smoothly than the other types of screens.
VA panels are average in terms of refresh rate. Although many VA panels have a refresh rate of 60Hz or 75Hz, you’ll also find screens with 120Hz or more on this type of screen. Even with a VA screen, you can play all your games smoothly.
TN panels generally have poor viewing angles compared to its competitor’s monitors. They just can’t compete with their counterparts. You’ll also see that colors change when seen from both sides and from above.
IPS panels have wider viewing angles. Colors don’t shift, unlike the TN panels, even when viewed from various perspectives.
VA panels also have a wider viewing angle compared to the TN but still not good enough to match IPS panels. Colors shift a little when seen from different perspectives.
IPS panels have the highest color Production. This means these panels represent the most realistic graphics. And as i mentioned IPS panels have the widest Viewing Angle, this means you don’t have to face any problem even when viewed from various perspectives.
TN panels have poorer color reproduction than other screens. Colors look a little duller. TN monitors can’t compete with IPS and VA monitors when it comes to the quality of color reproduced.
Color Production of VA panels are close to IPS but not as good as ips, But still, VA has very good Color Production.
